Responsibilities
- Active prospecting of potential clients in the region
- Portfolio maintenance and organized customer service
- Commercial and operational support for client inquiries
- Participation in negotiations with guidance
- Weekly routine organization and KPI monitoring
- Field activities as required
Requirements
- Residence in the North Zone of São Paulo (Guarulhos, Santana, Tucuruvi, Freguesia do Ó, Vila Guilherme)
- High school diploma completed (higher education preferred)
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or prospecting (B2B/B2C)
- Experience with financial products, acquiring, or retail is desirable
- Basic proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Own vehicle and active Driver's License (CNH B)
