Junior Executive - Program Management

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on program management reports within the Global Business Services (GBS) and Site Customer Focus Team.
• Oversee and coordinate program activities across inter-departmental teams to ensure all commitments and deliverables are met.
• Track relevant metrics and drive action items based on results to support program success.
• Manage highly confidential and critical data with accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain thorough documentation throughout various stages of the program lifecycle.
• Support program managers by driving activities to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or an equivalent field.
• 0-3 years of experience in Program Management, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of Program Management concepts, New Product Introduction (NPI), and Product Life Cycle phases.
• Hands-on experience using ERP tools such as Baan or SAP.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of financial terms and INCO Terms and their impact on business Profit & Loss.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of MS Project.
• Basic understanding of office automation or automation through Excel.
