Junior Executive – Program Management

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on program management reports within the Global Business Services (GBS) and Site Customer Focus Team
• Oversee and coordinate program activities across inter-departmental teams to ensure completion of all commitments and deliverables
• Track relevant metrics and drive action items based on results within the GBS and Site Customer Focus Team
• Manage highly confidential and critical data with accuracy
• Maintain thorough documentation throughout various stages of the program lifecycle
• Support Program Managers by acting as a virtual customer focus team member

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or an equivalent field
• 0-3 years of experience in the Program Management domain
• Strong understanding of Program Management concepts, New Product Introduction (NPI), and Product Life Cycle phases
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Hands-on experience using ERP tools such as SAP or Baan
• Basic understanding of financial terms and INCO Terms and their impact on Profit & Loss

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience within the manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of MS Project
• Basic understanding of office automation or automation through Excel
