Junior Entity Accountant

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Senior Accountants and BPO to ensure accurate and timely delivery of local and global financial statements
• Assist in monthly financial statement fluctuation reviews and account reconciliations in accordance with corporate policies
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities for assigned entities
• Oversee the preparation of financial information for external audit activities in compliance with corporate and local policies
• Participate in various research projects and prescribe methods for delivering non-standard accounting data and reports

Requirements

• Degree in Finance or Accounting (Chartered Accountant or equivalent)
• 2+ years of work experience in accounting closing and/or reporting processes
• Proficiency in English
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience working in international, multicultural environments
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and adapt to changing processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP R/3
