Junior Engineer

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of electrical and instrumentation works for Oil & Gas projects.
• Support the installation, testing, calibration, and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, datasheets, and project documents.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, construction teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Process received orders in collaboration with CRM and Process control teams.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on GAD, critical documents, and technical files with customers.
• Track purchase orders, material delivery schedules, and customer invoice releases.
• Attend SAT and conduct quality inspections to ensure product compliance before delivery.
• Monitor project progress and report technical issues to senior engineers.
• Maintain project records, including calibration certificates, inspection reports, and test documentation.
• Participate in site inspections, toolbox talks, safety meetings, and risk assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Electronics Engineering.
• 0–3 years of experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Industrial sector.
• Solid knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems and industrial automation.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong coordination, communication, and report preparation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with international standards such as IEC, NEC, or ISA.
• Knowledge of ADNOC requirements and standards.
• Working knowledge of project management tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
