Junior Engineer - Environmental Sector Program

Responsibilities

• Participate in the "Grow Up Program," a one-year professional development initiative combining practical experience with theoretical training.
• Gain hands-on experience in operations and technical office environments.
• Develop and execute a strategic final project under the guidance of industry experts.
• Rotate through different business lines, including plastics, municipal waste, and industrial/commercial waste/biomass.
• Attend onboarding sessions, sustainability workshops, and networking events with senior leaders.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial, Environmental, Energy, Chemical, Civil, or Forestry Engineering (or equivalent).
• Between 6 months of internships and 2 years of professional experience.
• B2 level of English proficiency.
• Full availability for geographic mobility (locations include Sevilla and Badajoz).
• Proactive attitude with a growth mindset and a passion for sustainability and the circular economy.
