Junior Engineer - Environmental Sector Program

Responsibilities

• Participate in the 12-month "Grow Up Program" combining practical experience with theoretical training
• Gain hands-on experience in operations and technical office environments
• Develop and execute a final strategic project alongside industry experts
• Engage in workshops focused on sustainability and the circular economy
• Rotate through different business lines, including plastics, municipal waste, and industrial/biomass waste
• Attend onboarding sessions and facility visits to understand water, waste, and energy management

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial, Environmental, Energy, Chemical, Civil, or Forestry Engineering (or equivalent)
• Between 6 months of internships and 2 years of professional experience
• B2 level of English proficiency
• Full availability for geographic mobility (locations include Madrid and La Coruña)
• Passion for sustainability and the environment
• Proactive attitude with a growth mindset and strong communication skills
