Junior Engineer – Engineering Change Management

Responsibilities

• Create part numbers and Approved Vendor Lists (AVL) in Agile and Baan systems
• Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECO) including creation, reviewing, routing, tracking, and distribution
• Act as a Change Analyst during New Product Introduction (NPI) processes
• Release part lists to production for new models and following ECO implementation
• Download and release customer product specifications and documents
• Coordinate closely with Process and Product Engineering teams to study ECOs and drawings
• Collaborate with Engineering and materials teams to review product updates and modifications
• Respond to business partners and customers regarding queries related to Engineering Change Orders

Requirements

• B.E. in EEE or ECE
• 0-2 years of experience in NPI or ECO management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the EMS industry
• Hands-on experience with PLM software linked to ECO processes
• Strong knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM) management
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Outlook
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Strong analytical, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
