Junior Engineer

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing backend services, APIs, and AI-enabled features under the guidance of senior engineers
• Support the implementation of features that align with UX design specifications and user flows
• Collaborate with UX designers to understand user needs, workflows, and usability considerations
• Translate UX designs, wireframes, and interaction patterns into maintainable code
• Support development in AWS-based environments and work with SQL/NoSQL databases
• Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, sprint planning, and technical documentation

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Data Science, or a related field
• Programming experience in Java and/or Python
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including data structures and APIs
• Basic familiarity with UX principles such as usability, accessibility, and user-centered design
• A strong interest in AI, machine learning, or Generative AI technologies
