Junior Engineer — AI-Enabled Builder

Responsibilities

• Build features across the frontend and backend under the guidance of a tech lead
• Use AI tools like Cursor, Copilot, v0, and ChatGPT to write, debug, and improve code efficiently
• Take ownership of small modules and ship them end-to-end
• Participate in client calls and stand-ups, communicating progress clearly
• Write clean, readable code and actively participate in code reviews
• Document learnings and ask smart questions to accelerate professional growth

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience (freshers with strong projects are welcome)
• Proven experience building at least one project end-to-end (college, freelance, or personal)
• Proficiency with AI development tools (Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT, or v0)
• Foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Basic understanding of React and Node.js
• Knowledge of REST APIs and Git
• Familiarity with at least one database (MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL)
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Ability to work full-time in-office in Indore, India

Preferred Qualifications

• A live deployed application or a strong GitHub portfolio
• Previous freelance or internship experience
• Experience building applications that integrate with APIs
• Strong performance in DSA or competitive programming
• Active presence in builder communities on LinkedIn or GitHub
