Junior Energy Broker

Responsibilities

• Engage in trading energy commodities, specifically focusing on products tailored for the Chinese market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including banks, hedge funds, trading houses, and corporates.
• Support the onboarding of new clients and manage ongoing relationship communications.
• Develop strategies to increase profit and growth by analyzing market trends and products.
• Collaborate with internal Operations and Technology teams to support trading functions.
• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards, including those set by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).

Requirements

• Strong interest in sales and energy markets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence clients.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Basic understanding of financial markets and regulatory requirements.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with limited brokerage experience are welcome to apply.
