Junior Employee Benefits Consultant

Responsibilities

• Participate in projects related to employee benefit plans within a local and international team
• Perform actuarial valuations for corporate reporting (USGAAP and IFRS) and statutory pension fund reporting
• Assist in the daily management, reporting, and compliance of pension funds
• Support plan (re)design studies, including actuarial modelling, implementation, and employee communication
• Conduct benefits audit and benchmarking studies
• Support asset/liability modelling and merger & acquisition studies

Requirements

• Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or Economics (preferred)
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in employee benefits or actuarial consulting is an advantage
• Proficiency in English, combined with Dutch and/or French
• Strong IT skills, specifically with MS Office
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, international team environment
