About the role
Responsibilities
- Participate in projects related to employee benefit plans within a local and international team
- Perform actuarial valuations for corporate reporting (USGAAP and IFRS) and statutory pension fund reporting
- Assist in the daily management, reporting, and compliance of pension funds
- Support plan (re)design studies, including actuarial modelling, implementation, and employee communication
- Conduct benefits audit and benchmarking studies
- Support asset/liability modelling and merger & acquisition studies
Requirements
- Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or Economics (preferred)
- 0–3 years of relevant experience in employee benefits or actuarial consulting is an advantage
- Proficiency in English, combined with Dutch and/or French
- Strong IT skills, specifically with MS Office
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, international team environment
