Junior Documentation Manager

Responsibilities

• Perform formal checking of internal documents against established templates and guidelines
• Receive and review external document and data package deliveries
• Deliver documents and data packages to internal teams, suppliers, and customers
• Act as a primary point of contact for document and data management processes

Requirements

• High level of precision, accuracy, and meticulous attention to detail
• Process-oriented mindset with the ability to follow and improve existing workflows
• Ability to work with a high level of autonomy and prioritize tasks independently
• EU citizenship is required to obtain necessary security clearance (SÜG)
• Willingness to work 100% onsite in Friedrichshafen, Germany

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in documentation management within the aeronautics or aerospace sector
• Completed training in technical documentation or a comparable qualification
• Experience with PDM systems (e.g., PTC-Windchill) or information systems (e.g., Confluence, Google Workspace)
• Knowledge of Airbus-specific tools
• Cross-functional experience in configuration management
