Responsibilities

• Trade your own account within a global team of individual traders
• Leverage proprietary technology to capitalize on futures market opportunities
• Contribute ideas and participate in collaborative discussions on market fundamentals and events

Requirements

• Experience in high-pressure, competitive environments such as trading, gaming, poker, chess, or athletics
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills with a passion for dynamic, fast-moving environments
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated mindset with comfort in performance-based compensation
• Resilience and ability to persist through losses and setbacks
• No prior trading experience required
