Junior Digital/Web Designer

Responsibilities

• Design and build new pages, flows, and components for flatpay.com
• Continuously improve the overall website experience across various markets and languages
• Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams on launches, campaigns, and new ideas
• Create interactions and animations to make the digital experience more engaging and intuitive
• Optimize pages for performance, SEO, and conversion
• Test, learn, and iterate based on user behavior and insights
• Maintain a consistent visual and digital experience across the brand

Requirements

• Experience working with digital design and websites
• Proficiency in Figma and Webflow
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Fluent in both Danish and English
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on intuitive user experiences
• Ability to take ownership and work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building websites specifically in Webflow
• Experience with SEO or website optimization
• Experience collaborating with marketing teams
• Interest in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and performance-driven design
