Junior Designer

Responsibilities

• Perform the rollout of visual pieces based on defined creative concepts and layouts
• Adapt materials for different formats, channels, and platforms
• Develop pieces for social media, online media, CRM, presentations, and other digital demands
• Adjust layouts respecting brand guides, visual identity, and technical specifications
• Support the creative team in organizing and finalizing materials
• Ensure attention to detail, standardization, and visual quality in deliveries
• Work in partnership with designers, copywriters, account management, media, and other areas
• Organize work files and final materials in a clear and standardized way

Requirements

• Initial experience or internship in Design, Creation, or Visual Communication
• Knowledge of tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and/or Canva
• Understanding of composition, typography, colors, visual hierarchy, and digital formats
• Ability to follow visual references, KVs, and brand guides
• Organization, attention to detail, and agility in execution
• Collaborative, proactive profile open to feedback

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with campaign rollouts
• Basic knowledge of motion design
• Familiarity with social media, online media, and CRM pieces
• Portfolio containing academic, personal, freelance, or professional projects
