Junior Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop creative assets for social media, CRM, online media, and other digital channels
• Adapt layouts for different formats, platforms, and communication objectives
• Support the creation of campaigns, posts, banners, email marketing, ads, and promotional pieces
• Partner with creation, content, media, and account teams
• Ensure visual consistency by respecting brand guides and visual identity
• Perform adjustments and rollouts of assets based on defined concepts
• Contribute visual ideas during brainstormings and creative demands
• Organize files and work materials in a clear and standardized manner

Requirements

• Initial experience or internship in Design, Creation, or Visual Communication
• Proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and/or Canva
• Knowledge of composition, typography, color, visual hierarchy, and digital formats
• Interest in social media, digital trends, and visual communication
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Collaborative, proactive profile open to feedback

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with social media, CRM, and online media assets
• Basic knowledge of motion design
• Familiarity with digital campaigns and KV rollouts
• Portfolio containing academic, personal, freelance, or professional projects
