Junior Designer

Responsibilities

• Adapt designs across various formats and channels including digital, print, social, web, and multimedia
• Design campaign assets focused on driving lead generation and building brand authority
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute creative ideas for content, events, and advertising
• Maintain strict alignment with Roboyo’s brand guidelines across all mediums
• Review and revise creative work based on stakeholder feedback to ensure high quality

Requirements

• A strong portfolio showcasing cross-channel creative work
• 0–2 years of experience in graphic or multimedia design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Canva
• Understanding of visual storytelling and layout principles for performance marketing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with animation
• Video editing skills
• Illustration skills
