Junior Designer Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Creative across social, brand, web, and content production projects
• Edit, retouch, resize, and organize large volumes of photography and media assets
• Prepare and export social assets for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, blog posts, newsletters, and web
• Create graphics, layouts, mockups, and presentation materials
• Assist with website updates and light UX/UI production tasks
• Maintain organized file structures, creative assets, and internal libraries
• Photograph and document events, capture behind-the-scenes content, and assist with video production
• Experiment with and incorporate AI as part of the daily workflow

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, content production, or social media
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals and production skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Premiere) and Figma
• Experience editing photography and digital assets for social and web platforms
• Familiarity with photography and short-form video editing workflows
• Ability to support evening or off-site events as needed
