Junior Data/Cloud Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on exciting cloud and data engineering projects for high-profile clients
• Support the development and optimization of modern cloud and on-premises data platforms
• Assist with cloud migrations and the integration of hybrid data solutions
• Develop data warehouse and data engineering solutions using modern technologies
• Contribute to the creation of Proof of Concepts and innovative solution approaches
• Gradually take on individual tasks and responsibilities within client projects
• Work closely with experienced consultants, architects, and developers

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, or a comparable field
• Practical experience through internships, working student roles, or personal projects in Data Engineering, Cloud, or Software Development
• Foundational knowledge of at least one programming language, such as Python or Java
• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Strong interest in cloud technologies like Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
• Analytical thinking skills and a passion for learning new technologies
• Very good German and good English language skills
