Junior Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise on Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and other relevant digital analytics platforms
• Design and implement detailed tracking and tagging plans in partnership with development teams
• Contribute to analytics initiatives including report automation, data visualization, and requirements documentation
• Assist in developing KPIs and measurement frameworks aligned to business objectives
• Generate routine reporting, scorecards, and interactive dashboards for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews
• Identify opportunities to improve data collection, integration, and analysis processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver meaningful insights and "so what" recommendations to stakeholders

Requirements

• 1+ year of hands-on experience using Google Analytics 4
• Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis
• Ability to design and build dashboards in Tableau, Looker Studio, PowerBI, or similar tools
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting to internal and client stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Google Tag Manager
• Experience using BigQuery
