Junior Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve software packages to analyze missile defense-related system capabilities
• Support analysis through modeling and simulations applied to wargaming
• Apply DoD test and evaluation analysis processes and campaign planning to MDA wargaming

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years of experience supporting missile defense or related defense programs
• Active Secret Clearance (TS preferred)
• Ability to travel
• Working knowledge of Python, VBA, or MATLAB
• Familiarity with DoD software packages such as AFSIM and MDASim
• Working knowledge of missile defense threat systems and threat modeling

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• 7+ years of experience in software development and integration
• Experience in missile defense-related or DoD large project systems
• Experience with wargame processes and software integration
• Ability to communicate effectively in large working group meetings
• Familiarity with DoD visualization tools like Qlik Sense or Power BI
• Top Secret/SCI clearance
