Junior Cybersecurity Intern

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain applications within client environments
• Build and manage test environments
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
• Provide helpdesk and hardware support
• Support the Sales team during customer calls
• Participate in a rotating schedule to provide 24/7 global support, which may include weekend or overnight work

Requirements

• Basic knowledge and experience with computer programming and operating systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in Orlando, FL
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Cybersecurity certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Network+, or similar
• Knowledge and experience with macOS 12.x or higher
