About the role
About the Company
UMAI builds reservation, table management, and guest CRM software for restaurants in 15+ countries. The team is 15+ nationalities strong and focused on providing high-quality hospitality tech solutions.
Responsibilities
- Run end-to-end onboarding for new restaurant partners including account setup and staff training
- Act as the primary point of contact for accounts to ensure optimal use of reservations and CRM tools
- Monitor account health metrics such as login frequency and reservation volume
- Build strong relationships with restaurant owners and managers
- Collect and document product feedback for the Product and Sales teams
- Assist with customer retention by identifying early warning signs of churn
- Improve internal processes and documentation
Requirements
- 1-2 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role
- Based in Porto, Portugal
- Fluent English and native Portuguese
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts
- Proficiency with CRMs, ticketing tools, and spreadsheets
- Genuine interest in hospitality or restaurant technology
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS environments
- Previous experience working in a restaurant, bar, or hotel
- Familiarity with reservation systems or POS software
- Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment
