About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise customers to establish objectives, milestones, and metrics
- Collaborate with ESG Implementation, Adoption Services, and Product teams
- Build strategic relationships and navigate complex enterprise organizations
- Drive platform adoption through training and enablement sessions
- Own renewal and expansion efforts to secure commercial outcomes
- Manage customer projects including scope, deliverables, and timelines
- Showcase customer success stories to demonstrate tangible value
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
- Full professional fluency in both English and French (bilingualism required)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to independently prioritize and manage a large workload
- Structured and analytical approach to work planning
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in startups, software development, or SaaS industries
- Passion for the ESG industry
