About the role

Responsibilities

  • Partner with enterprise customers to establish objectives, milestones, and metrics
  • Collaborate with ESG Implementation, Adoption Services, and Product teams
  • Build strategic relationships and navigate complex enterprise organizations
  • Drive platform adoption through training and enablement sessions
  • Own renewal and expansion efforts to secure commercial outcomes
  • Manage customer projects including scope, deliverables, and timelines
  • Showcase customer success stories to demonstrate tangible value

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Full professional fluency in both English and French (bilingualism required)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to independently prioritize and manage a large workload
  • Structured and analytical approach to work planning

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in startups, software development, or SaaS industries
  • Passion for the ESG industry
