About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support financial services clients with the provision and transmission of fund data in regulated formats
  • Communicate with customers via email and telephone to clarify data, formats, and documentation
  • Coordinate and monitor the maintenance and quality of fund data and associated documents
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely, and reliable data delivery
  • Build expertise in fund data, regulations, and customer processes through structured onboarding

Requirements

  • Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
  • Experience in customer support or after-sales service
  • Basic technical understanding and analytical thinking skills
  • Accurate, independent, and reliable working style with a high standard of quality
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Interest in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
