About the role
Responsibilities
- Support financial services clients with the provision and transmission of fund data in regulated formats
- Communicate with customers via email and telephone to clarify data, formats, and documentation
- Coordinate and monitor the maintenance and quality of fund data and associated documents
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely, and reliable data delivery
- Build expertise in fund data, regulations, and customer processes through structured onboarding
Requirements
- Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
- Experience in customer support or after-sales service
- Basic technical understanding and analytical thinking skills
- Accurate, independent, and reliable working style with a high standard of quality
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Interest in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
