Responsibilities

• Support the team in client management from initial service use through contract renewal
• Help build and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners in online advertising and digital marketing
• Participate in onboarding and training new clients on platform usage, products, and company procedures
• Learn the basics of digital marketing and online advertising (Google, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok) by observing senior colleagues
• Support the team in identifying opportunities for upselling or advanced solutions under tutor supervision
• Collect client feedback and share it with other departments to improve products and services
• Monitor account performance and advertising campaigns, reporting any issues or anomalies
• Propose new ideas and suggestions to improve processes and service quality

Requirements

• Brief experience in Customer Success, Client Services, or Account Management within digital advertising, SaaS, or marketing agencies
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or TikTok Ads; certifications are a plus
• Commercial mindset with the ability to contribute to client retention and upselling
• Empathy and curiosity to understand client businesses and support their goals
• Excellent English proficiency; additional languages are a plus
• Availability for occasional travel to meet strategic clients or attend industry events
