Junior Customer Service Controller

Responsibilities

• Continuously optimize key customer service KPIs, reporting, and controlling structures
• Evaluate and improve existing CS controlling processes and develop business cases
• Prepare volume and cost forecasts, plan budgets, and perform continuous adjustments
• Analyze operational drivers to improve efficiency and customer experience
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve shared business goals
• Ensure smooth invoicing and billing processes with service providers
• Configure, administer, and develop CRM systems, automations, and user access management

Requirements

• Completed degree in economics or a comparable qualification
• Business-fluent German and English skills
• Experience in controlling, ideally within a customer service environment
• Strong affinity for numbers, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making
• Proficient use of Excel (formulas and advanced functions)
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, logical way of thinking
• Hands-on mentality with a proactive and self-motivated working style

• Enthusiasm for digital processes and the development of new tools
• Ability to quickly learn and familiarize yourself with new technologies and systems
