Junior Customer Service Controller

Responsibilities

• Continuously optimize central customer service KPIs, reporting, and controlling structures to enable data-driven decisions
• Evaluate and improve existing CS controlling processes and develop business cases for optimization
• Create volume and cost forecasts, manage budget planning, and perform continuous adjustments
• Analyze operational drivers in customer service to derive measures for increasing efficiency and customer experience
• Act as a business partner to internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals
• Ensure smooth billing and settlement processes with service providers
• Configure, administer, and further develop CRM systems and related tools, including automation and user rights management

Requirements

• Completed degree in economics, business administration, or a comparable qualification
• Fluent proficiency in both German and English
• Experience in controlling, ideally within a customer service environment
• Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers and data-driven work
• Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to use formulas in daily tasks
• Hands-on mentality with a proactive and independent way of working
• Enthusiasm for digital processes, tools, and systems
