Responsibilities

• Manage customer communications via phone and chat, providing polite and professional assistance
• Adapt communication styles to meet diverse customer needs
• Support the team in identifying opportunities to propose additional products or services
• Provide first-level support and consultancy under the supervision of a tutor
• Collaborate with the Marketing department regarding promotional campaigns
• Record and update customer information and interactions using the company CRM
• Propose suggestions to improve customer service processes and efficiency

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer management roles (call center, customer care, chat support)
• Good knowledge of the English language (written and oral)
• Basic knowledge of social networks and marketing campaigns (strongly preferred)
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and active listening
• Commercial attitude and result orientation
• Proactive approach with problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team and manage customer relationships
