Junior Customer Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class execution of shopper and customer marketing initiatives by translating brand strategies into effective sell-out tools.
• Implement customer initiatives and education programs for in-store experts to ensure high execution standards.
• Create in-store visibility and category communication plans through the development of compelling POS materials and activation assets.
• Contribute to cross-category support projects to ensure portfolio coherence and successful sales support.
• Monitor field trends to recommend improvements and new initiatives.
• Oversee shopper marketing execution across various channels and customers, ensuring compliance with defined KPIs.
• Measure and evaluate key initiatives to drive execution improvement and maximize ROI.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a consumer marketing or shopper marketing position.
• Proven experience managing shopper and trade marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and break down barriers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, or an equivalent qualification.
• Previous field sales experience.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Strong execution rigor and a bias for action.
