Junior Customer Experience Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support the team operationally through standardized processes in customer portfolio management
• Evaluate and forward customer inquiries to ensure efficient processing
• Maintain high data quality by updating customer data and documenting interactions
• Configure and optimize product settings within Doctolib for customers
• Support customers through all collaboration phases, including contracts and cancellations
• Work closely with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and growth goals

Requirements

• Initial professional experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., Customer Success, Customer Service, or Sales Support)
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Independent, solution-oriented, and team-oriented mindset
• High attention to detail and commitment to data quality
• Strong communication skills via email, phone, and chat
• Fluency in German (C1) and good English (B2)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the healthcare sector (practice or clinical environment)
• Technical affinity for software products
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and data dashboards
