About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support to Foodsi app users and ensure positive experiences
- Respond efficiently and substantively to inquiries and resolve reported problems
- Analyze complex cases with the team to continuously improve service quality
- Actively co-create communication standards and influence the development of Foodsi
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
- Natural empathy, patience, and a positive attitude
- Problem-solving mindset and task-oriented approach
- Ability to write substantively and friendly, including appropriate use of emojis
- Fluency in Polish and English proficiency for communication
- Flexibility to work on some weekends
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in customer experience, automation, or process optimization
- Experience with Zendesk, Slack, Notion, or GSuite
- Familiarity with AI tools
