Junior CRM Manager

Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of CRM strategies across various countries and channels to increase Customer Lifetime Value
• Conception, control, and optimization of automated multi-channel campaigns via email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and direct mail
• Definition of functional requirements for developers to implement new CRM use cases and connect additional data sources
• Analysis, monitoring, and continuous optimization of CRM performance through reporting, A/B testing, and data-driven insights
• Independent management of CRM initiatives and projects from conception to implementation

Requirements

• Completed degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a comparable field
• Initial practical experience in CRM, product management, or e-commerce environments
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven, solution-oriented way of working
• Structured, careful, and independent working style
• Interest in automation, technology, and customer-centric marketing
• Very good written and spoken English skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Braze or similar tools
• Knowledge of international customer communication across different countries and languages
• German language skills or knowledge of another European language
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to increase efficiency
