Junior CRM Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop CRM strategies across multiple countries and channels to increase customer lifetime value
• Implement automated multi-channel campaigns via Email, Push, In-App Messaging, and Direct Mail
• Define business requirements for developers to enable new CRM use cases and data integration
• Monitor and improve CRM performance through A/B testing and data-driven insights
• Manage CRM initiatives and projects from concept to execution

Requirements

• Completed degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field
• First professional experience in CRM, Product Management, or E-Commerce
• Strong analytical mindset and solution-oriented approach
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent written and spoken English skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM platforms like Braze
• Familiarity with international customer communication
• Knowledge of German or other European languages
• Proficiency in using AI tools like ChatGPT
