Responsibilities

• Conduct risk analysis of various fixed income products secured by commercial real estate debt evaluation
• Assist with the workflow of collecting and filing financial information for annual client reviews
• Maintain industry research and sector databases to ensure current information
• Provide research and formatting support for industry-specific reports and team presentations
• Support special projects and team-wide initiatives

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in 3rd or 4th year of post-secondary education
• Major in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to organize complex data
• High attention to detail and an organized mindset
• Proficiency in building organized spreadsheets in Excel
• Effective communication skills to explain logic and results
