Junior Credit Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assess credit applications using data sources and tech platforms
• Make fast, fair, and accurate credit decisions
• Exercise autonomy in decisioning with increasing scope over time
• Support other analysts on complex decisions
• Work with analytics teams to optimize lending approaches

Requirements

• Proficiency in business English and German
• Knowledge of foundational finance and accounting principles
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements
• Strong business acumen regarding risk and revenue drivers
• Analytical mindset with practical problem-solving skills
• Experience or comfort using AI tools to improve productivity
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
