Junior Creative Strategist

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day creative direction for evergreen paid campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and other channels
• Write compelling creative briefs that translate business goals into actionable direction for designers and external partners
• Mine account trends, reviews, and competitive landscapes to shape creative direction
• Partner with designers, media buyers, and agencies to move work from ideation to final production
• Continuously test and iterate on creative concepts to optimize performance
• Maintain quality and volume of content output to ensure assets are always in market
• Manage timelines and organize workflows to keep production on track
• Leverage AI tools within your workflow for deeper understanding and faster production

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance creative, or adjacent roles like media buying, art direction, or DTC copywriting
• Hands-on experience producing or briefing direct response ads, UGC, or testimonial-style content
• Strong written communication and brief-writing skills
• Experience working cross-functionally with designers and external creative partners
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with ambiguity
