Junior Creative Producer

Responsibilities

• Support senior producers in translating client briefs into direction for Designers and Editors/Animators
• Apply platform best practices for short-form video, static, and animation assets
• Assist in scoping, scheduling, and trafficking projects from kickoff through delivery
• Help develop pitches, treatments, and proposals
• Support QA reviews to ensure deliverables meet client specs
• Own task-level tracking and maintain organized project documentation
• Manage Asana workflows, timelines, and internal team alignment
• Collaborate with creative teams across different time zones

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in creative production or project coordination
• Hands-on experience with Asana
• Portfolio or work samples required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with short-form content and social media platforms
• 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to paid social ad creative (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
• UGC production experience
• B2C or B2B brand exposure
