Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify creative opportunities
• Develop creative ideas for advertising materials and initial campaign concepts
• Provide constructive feedback to User Acquisition Managers, designers, and product teams
• Collaborate with designers to produce creative assets and video content
• Contribute to the development and improvement of creative production and testing processes

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in marketing, SMM, or influencer marketing
• Experience in eCommerce, fashion, or online marketplaces preferred
• Strong sense of visual style and aesthetic judgment
• Business-oriented mindset with a focus on results
• Experience creating briefs for designers
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
• Experience in content creation
