Junior Creative Director/Designer

Responsibilities

• Own the visual direction of Daybreaker across social media platforms including Instagram and TikTok
• Design and produce high-quality graphics, motion assets, and templates for digital content
• Create marketing materials, decks, and sponsor collateral for events and partnerships
• Concept, design, and manage the production of brand merchandise
• Evolve and uphold brand guidelines across all physical and digital touchpoints
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and the partnerships team to shape the brand's presence

Requirements

• Portfolio of high-quality design work demonstrating a strong creative point of view
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
• Ability to work independently from brief to final execution with high speed and taste
• Based in New York City and able to work on-site, including attending early morning events
• Strong collaborative skills within a high-energy, in-person environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in motion graphics or video editing
• Typography-forward design expertise
