Norm Ai is the agentic law company that pioneered Legal Engineering, empowering lawyers to build and supervise domain-specific AI agents. Norm Ai technology is deployed inside many of the largest and most consequential institutions in the world.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate and governance needs, including board and stockholder consents and resolutions
• Administer equity and maintain the cap table and corporate records
• Draft and review commercial agreements such as NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and vendor contracts
• Review engagement letters and client proposals for Norm Law
• Support employment and HR matters, including policy and handbook maintenance
• Manage IP ownership, assignment, and protection
• Support data privacy and security compliance and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with outside counsel and build legal infrastructure like matter tracking and approval workflows

Requirements

• JD and barred in at least one state (NY preferred)
• 2–3 years of experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house at a high-growth company
• Strong corporate and transactional foundation
• Ability to work onsite in New York City (1 WTC HQ 4-5 days a week)
• High level of AI fluency and practical experience using AI tools in daily workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to startup equity, employment matters, IP, data privacy, or venture financings
• Familiarity with law firm operations or professional-services go-to-market
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI and the future of legal services
