About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform cost planning, cost control, and cost monitoring for large-scale building projects
- Take increasing responsibility for sub-projects to ensure effective construction cost management
- Support the creation of cost estimates and planning
- Actively participate in cost control across all project phases
- Conduct invoice audits and reporting
- Act as a competent advisor and collaborator for client departments and planning teams
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
- Initial practical experience in project management or project control for complex building projects
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
- Analytical and networked thinking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- German language skills (minimum B2 level)
- Fluent English skills
