Junior Cost Manager

Responsibilities

• Perform cost planning, cost control, and cost monitoring for large-scale building projects
• Take increasing responsibility for sub-projects to ensure effective construction cost management
• Support the creation of cost estimates and planning
• Actively participate in cost control across all project phases
• Conduct invoice audits and reporting
• Act as a competent advisor and collaborator for client departments and planning teams

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
• Initial practical experience in project management or project control for complex building projects
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
• Analytical and networked thinking skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• German language skills (minimum B2 level)
• Fluent English skills
