Junior Corporate Consultant

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end business set-up projects, from initial licensing to bank account opening and immigration.
• Coordinate with various UAE Free Zones (DMCC, IFZA, Meydan, JAFZA, DAFZA, ADGM, DIFC, etc.) and Mainland authorities (DET, ADDED).
• Handle document legalisation, translations, and coordination with immigration and municipality systems.
• Support compliance, KYC, and AML documentation processes to ensure regulatory accuracy.
• Maintain high standards of documentation compliance for all corporate and immigration filings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Legal, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business and Immigration Consultant within the UAE.
• Proficiency in UAE legal portals including DET, Free Zones, Immigration, and Municipality systems.
• Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience using CRM software.
• Professional, detail-oriented, and resourceful attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Compliance or Governance (e.g., ICA, ACAMS).
• Experience acting as a Corporate Secretary.
• Knowledge of Foundations, SPVs, and Cell Companies (DIFC, ADGM, RAKICC).
• Valid UAE Driving License with own vehicle.
• Arabic language proficiency.
