Junior Copywriter

Responsibilities

• Support the creative team in developing content and advertising pieces
• Create copy, captions, headlines, and calls to action under senior guidance
• Assist in building and maintaining brand voice
• Produce content for social media, digital media, institutional materials, and email marketing
• Participate in brainstormings and creative meetings
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Designers, and other creative professionals
• Conduct market research and consumer behavior analysis to support campaigns
• Review and adjust texts to ensure clarity and quality

Requirements

• Academic experience, internship, freelance, or initial role in content production, communication, or advertising
• Experience creating text for different formats and communication channels
• Experience with content production for social media and digital platforms
• Portfolio (academic, personal, or professional) showcasing creative writing or campaigns
• Excellent writing skills and mastery of the Portuguese language
• Basic knowledge of advertising copywriting, storytelling, and content production
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with text revision and collaboration tools
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude)
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital copywriting
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media trends
