About the role
Responsibilities
- Produce and prepare cold and warm dishes according to specified recipes
- Ensure timely delivery of food while maintaining high quality standards
- Adhere to strict quality and hygiene standards in accordance with HACCP
- Operate within a high-volume production environment (no à-la-carte service)
Requirements
- Completed training as a chef or gastronomic specialist
- Initial experience as kitchen staff, production cook, or Chef de Partie
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Proficiency in German and/or English
- Experience in airline catering, large-scale kitchens, or food production is an advantage
