Junior Controller

Responsibilities

• Support and automate global R&D Opex and Capex reporting using Excel VBA
• Support budget and forecast processes
• Monitor deal margins and compare actuals vs. forecast with focus on DACH region
• Drive systems optimization including automation, harmonization and AI usage
• Prepare ad hoc analysis for Finance or local management
• Support ERP topics and local audits
• Support implementation of SAC Analytical Tool

Requirements

• Financial training including basics in Controlling and Accounting
• Strong analytical skills and affinity for reporting tools and ERP systems
• Excellent skills in Excel, preferably VBA
• Excellent German and fluent Business English
• Dynamic, communicative personality with team spirit
• Independent and proactive way of working
