Junior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support the setup of process transformation projects, including defining objectives and timelines
• Diagnose current processes to identify strengths, weaknesses, and pain points
• Define and document target processes
• Collaborate with IT teams to define requirements and follow up on digitalization solutions
• Deploy new processes and tools through change management and user training
• Monitor and continuously improve newly deployed processes and tools

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a master's degree in engineering or management
• End-of-studies internship preferred
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to provide an internship agreement or be eligible for a CIP contract
