Junior Construction Management – Focus on Estimation

Responsibilities

• Perform calculation of construction projects based on quantity take-offs and plan documentation
• Determine costs through independent calculations and price inquiries
• Collaborate closely with purchasing, construction management, and group leadership
• Support contract negotiations and the preparation of tender and project documentation
• Assist the estimation department with day-to-day operational tasks under the mentorship of an expert

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering (Construction), or completed training as a Construction Technician
• Initial experience in the construction industry (internships or student jobs)
• Ideally 1–3 years of professional experience, though entry-level candidates are welcome
• Strong interest in estimation and digital working methods
• Structured, diligent, and independent working style
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills
