Junior Construction Engineer

Responsibilities

• Review and study execution projects
• Participate in structural analysis and regulatory compliance (CTE standards)
• Supervise works in progress and existing buildings through site visits
• Prepare technical reports on execution control, watertightness, and installations
• Validate quality certificates and supervise ten-year insurance
• Collaborate with developers and subcontractors on quality assurance

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building, or Technical Architecture
• Homologated degree in Spain
• Valid driver's license
• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles (OCT or construction company)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
